What self service/self catering means?

-   Self service means that once checked-in, the guests have to keep the space clean and in good condition, acting as owners. Should any domestic appliance be damaged, it s the guest's obbligation to inform the host. 

-   At your arrival and check-in, no matter the room type, you will find bathroom/kitchen amenities (toilet paper, liquid soap/shower gel, dishes washing lotion). These will not be fulfilled during your stay, as we are operating under self service regim.

- Self catering means we do not provide any meals service, or breakfast products (coffee, tee, etc.)

- Cleanning in your room - is done at the end of your stay. The appliable cost is specified at Extra services/cost. Should you request a room cleanning during your stay, please inform us - depending on the room type there is an extra cost to be applied.

- The common spaces (Kitchen, smoking area/Lounge, Sports equippment storage room) have to be kept in good conditions. Please make sure that after you use them these remain clean for the other location guests.

-   Common spaces are serving the entire location, and are destined for sports storage equippments, kitchen, smoking area/loungem cleanning.

-   The guests are asked to leave these spaces clean until the end of their stay.

Extra services / costs:

o   Your room rate does not include: 

-  End cleanning tax - 20 Euro/ Apartament XXL, 15 Euro/ StandardApartament , 10 Euro/Studio, 10 Euro/DBL. This cost is to be applied to whole period of stay.

-  Towels (2 pcs. / set ) – 2 Euro/ set. The cost is to be applied for each towels change.r 2 Euro / persoana

-  Acces to laundry room– 5 Euro / 1 use

How is an apartment / Studio / DBL at Ski Vital?

o   Apartments  can have 1 or 3 bedrooms, (depending on the chosen type), fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, coffe maker, dishes, cutlery), balconies and bathroom with bathtub or shower (depending on type of apartment). Smoking is allowed only on balconies or in designated smoking areas. Maximum occupancy for XXL apartments: 6 adults + 2 children

o   Studios have 1 bedroom, table and chairs, own small kitchen equipped  with electric hob with 2 burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, own bathroom with shower cabin. The rooms have no balcony. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child < 12 y.o, if the child sleeps in the same bed with parents. At the same floor you will find the smoking area / Lounge. 

o   DBL rooms have 1 bedroom, own bathroom with shower, table and chairs, balcony.  Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. DBL room guests have access to common kitchen.

o  No matter the room type, all bedrooms have linen provided.

o  All balconies have table + chairs, and blankets for chairs.

Booking and payment

 o   Your booking is registered after the availability confirmation upon room type and period of stay. 

 o  Your booking is guaranteed through 2 nights advanced payment. This advanced payment is not refundable for cancellation. This amount can yet be transfered as guarantee for a different date, in case no arrival on set dates. This change has to be communicated within 48 hours before initial date of arrival. 

o  The advanced payment is made through bank transfer or online - please contact us for further information.

o  The rates are settled  per room type, no matter the occupancy (for instance: when booking a 3 bedrooms apartment, even if only for 2 adults, the rate is the same as if booked for maximum occupancy). When receiving our offer / confirmation the extra charges will be stated (city tax, end cleanning tax, etc.)
